Disability Impact Training to support people living with fatigue and/or persistent pain to both sustain employment and thrive in the workplace.
All programmes are person-centred and will be tailored to the individual, but the broad aims of the programme are to:
• Identify and integrate condition management strategies into the workplace
• Build confidence in being able to fulfil the required job role whilst managing persistent fatigue and/or pain
• Minimise the impact of fatigue and/or persistent pain on work

How to apply for it?
Access to Work is a government-funded scheme designed to help people with physical or mental health conditions thrive in the workplace. It provides funding for practical support to help people perform their job to the best of their ability.

You’ll be asked for information, including:Your job role and employer details
Your condition and how it affects you at work
What support that you think would help, naming disability Impact training and Vitality360 as the provider of this and the cost £1690
Assessment by Access to Work
An assessor may contact you to discuss your needs in more detail.Get Approval
If approved, Access to Work will fund Vitality360 to deliver the required support.Start programmes
Once arrangements are in place, you can begin the programme.

Our disability impact training, for those with persistent pain and/or fatigue symptoms, is available through this scheme and includes:
8 hours of bespoke input with a specialist work coach
All programmes are person-centred and will be tailored to the individual, but the broad aims of the programme are to:
Identify and integrate condition management strategies into the workplace
Build confidence in being able to fulfil the required job role whilst managing persistent fatigue and/or pain
Minimise the impact of fatigue and/or persistent pain on work
Written summary of intervention and personalised resources
Direct communication with the employer if required
